  • Create your foundation around meal prep and culinary skills, so you can actually use what you learn, long after we’re done working together.

  • Develop your understanding of nutrition basics and what’s important to focus on in midlife and beyond, so you can skip the BS and focus on building and maintaining your vibrancy and independence.

  • Make learning practical (and delicious!) by incorporating new recipes and techniques so you gain confidence and learn as you build your culinary skills and recipe library.

  • Expand beyond food to understand the importance of stress, sleep and mindset to your overall wellbeing in midlife.

This time is for you … we start with 6 sessions, but there’s no rushing through just to get to the next topic. If you need more time to dig deeper into a concept or hone your skills in the kitchen, extra sessions are always available once we’ve gone through the basics together.
